Must have had more than one offering. Back in 1972, I had the opportunity of buying shares at $6, unfortunately did not take advantage of it. Instead, I bought a "dog" and lost several thousand dollars for my reluctance.
In either event it was not a pinky thought if anything below $5 is considered a penny that it is partially correct based on definitions.
