Oh nice. I've wondered if one of the reasons Amarin wanted to drop the Heath Net end of the case was that it wanted to concentrate on and speed up the appeal efforts. It also probably didn't trust that the Delaware judge wouldn't eventually drop the claims against Health Net too, once different legal standards were at stake on a motion to dismiss down the road.
