Well.. he can't force a positive update if there isn't one. I'd expect at least a tangible and measurable response. Not some BS like "we finally fixed our software that wasn't up to standards that we knew wouldn't be up to standards even though we announced we passed all our in house tests and certification is now a formality."
I'd like a course of action with the ultimate goal of certification and a rough timeline to support it.
