Bouf, It SHOULD be Reopened and Reversed - as the entire case and Ruling is build on Fraud - can you agree on that ?

I have no personal insight in US rules of Law - but I trust when ILT and Marjac says - that it is indeed possibly to raise a Case against the fraudulent ruling of Marts 30. 2020 in the Nevada Court.

It can not be an argument in itself (finality as you call it) - when the entire System of appeal failed to even look at the fraud - they just through appeals out rule 36 - with obvious manipulation against Marjac in last appeal - two of three judges 'the same' - a statistical impossibility.

There is every reason 'in the world' to pursue this deeply Unjust and Shameful case for US Legal Systems - with everything Sarissa and Denner has got' - for as long as humanly and technically possible.

Courts also have to rely on valid evidence if you want finality. Bad law doesn't secure finality, rather delays it.
