F and F lose 4-5B under the CURRENT most severe stress test ----

Yet they are - currently required to achieve and hold $300 Billion plus !!!!

So if not 70x the worst case stress test --- go for 10 times the worst case and then double that for errors and what ifs ----- and that would be about 100B together

but - lowering a capital requirement right now is one up hill battle
