I wonder if The DD forced sale puts him in the unexpected position of being able to makie a huge claim against all 7/8 Defendants in the Citadel case. I might sell 1 or 2% of my stock ( not as a hedge) but to alleviate the financial suffering that I am undoubtedly suffering due to the manipulated and unreasonably low share price. I ensure that I am a claimant because I suffered a loss on my small sale. My claim is then extrapolated to the whole of my 6 figure holding.
The Company has to survive so 1 or 2% max sale … but I want to be sure to be a joint litigant.

Thx for your response! I don't think Citadel will be able to squirm out of this one and their clients might give enough pressure to avoid be named "co-defendants"!
