If cash and profits start rolling in from Europe and elsewhere, I'll be perfectly content to let the U.S. market rot, leaving the greedy vultures who call themselves generics to explain to their shareholders why the highly touted early acquisition of the U.S. Vascepa market hasn't resulted in much income. They probably spent more on their legal bills than they've gotten in profits from selling their Vascepa knockoff. They were idiots for not letting Amarin spend tens of millions of dollars to grow the market before they swept in to steal it. Now, instead of having 50 percent of a $2 billion to $5 billion market to share among themselves in five years, they'll have mere crumbs from what could have been a feast for them. In the end, the pigs are getting slaughtered. Let's not get in the way of that when we can spend our dollars in other countries where we're allowed to pocket all the profits.

A BP could provide corporate leadership, "regulatory support", marketing, distribution, and further development.

ALL for the privilege of paying you a premium while cannibalizing their existing pipeline.
