The OTC is more corrupt than our government if that is possible. It’s easy people can bitch or play with them. It’s not anymore complicated than that. Just have to know what they are doing and why and guess their next move. Doesn’t always work but 80% of the time I get it right. Let’s just hope this isn’t one of those 20%ers.
