The idea is that Snakes is a great concept (i happen to agree with that). So if it constantly fails, is it the concept or is it the management? Ben came up with the idea and almost drove himself into bankruptcy through mismanagement. Roger came up with a concept called a hardscape business and he drove it into the ground through mismanagement. Fortunately for both of them, they had the same accountant that resulted in them agreeing to a method to have the shareholders fund their continued losses. Shareholders are willing to do so for awhile, that is called speculation. We now have an abundant track record of this management and "awhile" was up long ago.
Leverton, Mortimer and Castinie are demonstrably pathetic managers, but they have stolen control of this company from shareholders.
