The reality means, they either sign a deal or tap that shelf...and it's happening in the next 45-60 days max...

PS- and, of course, in true ZIVO fashion...they wait until the small cap market is dead...so they'll have to raise in the midst of minimal small cap volume. Whereas, just last month...it was on fire...
