Glad you think so. You must of relied on investopedia throughout the BioAmber CCAA process. Where did it get you. No plan of arrangement or compromise for BioAmber, was liquidated for 4.34 million!

Review various CCAA files for the outcomes, shareholders are at the bottom of the totem pole and collect zero (0) unless creditors are made whole.

Monitor/Trustee indicate there is no money for equity claims.

Shareholders are stakeholders, not in creditor protection or bankruptcy filings. It is all about creditors.

Shareholder vs. Stakeholder: What's the Difference?
https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/08/
A stakeholder is anyone who is impacted by a company or organization's decisions, regardless of whether they have ownership in that company. Shareholders are those who have partial ownership of a company because they have bought stock in it. "All shareholders are stakeholders", but not all stakeholders are shareholder… CCAA makes no dofference.

It makes no difference to shareholders of former BioAmber either. Shareholders got exactly the same thing as the creditors, stakeholders and the shareholders absolutely nothing. That’s what happens when the company is liquidated for far far less than its liabilities
