Review various CCAA files for the outcomes, shareholders are at the bottom of the totem pole and collect zero (0) unless creditors are made whole.
Monitor/Trustee indicate there is no money for equity claims.
Shareholders are stakeholders, not in creditor protection or bankruptcy filings. It is all about creditors.
