Don't forget that the CFO also had to sign off on this arrangement. Checks and balances are very critical.

No, it is the same thing. They agreed to hold the shares indefinitely and not to sell, while they paid for the production, salaries and inputs themselves. It is exactly the same thing. To suggest otherwise is the height of false light narratives.

JerryCampbell,

Linda’s original bailout of NWBO was definitely skin in the game with all associated risks. That she derisked her investment was prudent. That doesn’t make all investors, especially those who wanted to take control of this platform themselves, very happy. So not all are Happy but almost all investors have had the opportunity to buy and sell at a small loss or eventual profit over time. I expect that even those who bought at $12.54 and cost averaged down or sold near $10 and rebought much lower will eventually be money ahead too.
It’s been a long time coming but being able to be part of something this special for humanity is a big deal and Linda making money doing so, for herself and many others who managed their risk by cost averaging or other, is a nice benefit to be able to help others even more. No need to live like a king now when there will be plenty of time(lessness) for that later; ). Best wishes.

They were not outlandish rates. They in fact had a lawsuit claiming that. That was never - found Ndungu. Manufacturing for cell based products is expensive. Being able to pay without cash and effectively without dilution to the trades market was also a huge advantage until shorts attacked and worked to break that relationship with MFN clause.

Has Cognate sold all the shares? Did the management of Flaskworks also take some shares as part of the acquisition agreement? Now Cognate may appreciate what LP did by paying them shares instead of cash.
