thanks for explaining the R. I am holding my warrants and won't add until I see news or
this bear market ends. We have a long way to drop and playimg SPY puts is more profitable IMO. Alsos sittingwith RYDEX bear funds and a lot of PM's with dividends. AEi looks very bad right now.

are you buyig the R exercising for ACAX and selling ACAX or is there a restriction on conversuion?

I think we had a black swan with SVB we could see anoth if we get a collapse of
another Bitcoin CO or some similar event
