so far this year there have been 27 IPO's. When it hits if the insiders ie officers are selling some shares in ht e offereing dump ASAP. Every IPO where they were included in the offering to sell shares they dropped

one can make $$ in the bear I use index SPY usually 2 weeks out and get in around a dime and place an immediate sell around a quarter. Longer term holding Rydex short funds against dia SP tut and nas. But have a lot of PM stocks which pay divs of 4-8% but those % are dropping as gold/silver rise and the SP does too. GLTU. thanks for the PM as of now I am holding lots of ACAXW which don't ecpire until 2027 so lots of time for Chan to make his play yet not a huge amount of $$'s at risk I lightened up on AEI and out of ACAX ACAX and AEI seem like they are actually going tp be the same company.
AEI just did aa PO which is dilution. As for AcaxR I have difficulty with it as I can't get solid info.no list of holders and can't find what exactually it is or is to be transfeded into.

As for EV's I think a big market is going to be short range delevery trucks. UPS, FEdex type as well as semis that deliver freight from local rail terminals in large cities. Government is pushing for this. The short teerm seems bright for them, but the cost of replacing batteries is hughe at tis time.

I'm not sure what isi actually happening with the Spac's as the majors have all posted bear signals. The large capital players I think will lay low for now as there will be better buying times ahead. No need to pay those high premiums like they were.

In this type market don't keep all your eggs in a one sided basket.Have a hedge. You are a smarth girl but also a high risk taker.Don't bet the farm on this market it s going toget very ugly.
