Bid deal. What does PDK operational mean? It means there are a set of instructions on paper to create an LWLG Lego that CAN be included in a photonic device.

How many end users have requested this Lego to be part of their design?

Did the device work?

What are/were the results?

Can they take the device from experimental to developmental to scale?

Is the process easy to repeat and is it cost effective?

Is the end device reliable?

If all the boxes above get checked off which takes a year or more in itself there still has to be real world testing before one meaningful revenue generating order is placed.

You keep saying muh foundries like it's something special. It's not. All that matters is if an end user wants to use your Lego and that all the above are checked off. Long way to go...
