No. It does not. Toucan had an ownership stake in Cognate. Toucan executive control was with LP. NWBO had no ownership of Cognate.

Advent other than personnel is owned by NWBO. Very different.

Cognate effectively was a major investor in NWBO. There has always been a lot of false information perpetuated about these different relationships. Supplier / investor.
