Yes, when producing a television, you know what features were actually used and problems that had arisen from the first product history...so the second TV manufacturer can learn from that.

Anavex doesn't produce televisions. It will produce (supposedly), a drug that was trialed and benefits/problems are already known.

Therefore, being first to market matters.
