Roger that Ron... I said many times that Steve should never been allowed to leave the room (so to speak) without having a written commitment of exactly what we could expect in the future... the details for calculating the same and the trigger for delivering the same. Total BS in mind.
I used to work (with) MANY attorneys and they all said if it is not in writing... forget it.
That our outcome was not memorialized with complete specificity (by his firm) is shameful. I really believe many (including me) trusted his firm, the judge and the process, way too much... my bad.
