Sure has. Now dealing with debt conversions on top of other. There should still be at least USD1 million left on the BCP note...and I am being very...very generous there. If shareholders get lucky enough...such would only be another 350 million shares coming to market.

In actuality..the note should have a balance closer to USD2 million currently..if lucky.
