What is there to gain at yet another dog and pony show? Have we not addressed every potential customer/partner that would make the stock more than 10x's higher if they bought the GOO? No more, I am the smartest person in the room, but instead become I am the person at the foundries, that will expedite any solutions of issues slowing down from crossing the finish line, to become the greatest closer of deals.
Other than his well deserved ego, I see no additional value of traveling the world to do another show, when every major entity that needs to know about the GOO, already does. If the only thing that matters is in their labs, go to their labs. By the way, how many days a year is our leadership traveling to these shows, and are not meeting with the guaranteed foundries we have been told about? I don't blame him in so much that traveling around the world, with first class accommodations at the expense of us, would be a great life, but the raison d'etre of a CEO is to make the shareholders rich.
