The only correction that I see is that the amount received = $9,904,500. If there's wordage in the loan that says $10M received please let me know.

The first Fife loan per the 8K was $5.505M 10% OID

The details are spec'ed out in the contract as:

$5M loan
$500K OID
$5K fees

I make no claim to know what is normal terminology in this space, but the numbers look consistent and rational with this loan being $10M, a $1M OID and $5K fees.
