Agreed Kab. This loan was very crucial at this time to finish whatever is needed. With current PPS this loan is much favorable for the company and shareholders. With catalyst in coming weeks/months we should see the PPS to be much, much higher. With all these good news there is no way they cannot keep the PPS such a low value. I have feeling they have been trying to cover their shorts for a long time. Eventually they will let it go. I have seen this type of activities in many stocks in OTC land.
