Jhdf51, my belief is when the “Wind Up” is “Finalized.”
When the assets of WMI Inc, not the assets of WMB are Liquidated and if my theory is right, those ABS/MBS Assets that are Maturing will be coming to Market for another (20) Year Term.(WMMSC May 2003-2023 Pass Through Securities Certificates.) My belief is, that’s what Jay may have been talking about, the Investment Opportunities coming to market. Coupled, with the Higher Interest Rates and Limited amount of Buyers, during the conference call. Again, just my interpretation and opinion in trying to put the pieces together, but it is really complex and confusing. Yet, extremely Interesting. I may interpret this completely wrong, so don’t take my opinion as facts. Nor, am I claiming, that they are Facts.
I don’t want to become the Target at Your Farm. Lol
