At this time it was needed to remove Shell status......they did that.......changing Shell status only needs an e-mail to OTC

First quarter financials are not due until 45 days after the end of March

equivalents. The reason that (MCIC) believes that it is no
longer a shell company is because we have created an
online store and have made numerous purchases and sales
