Its all up to the FDA. The FDA knows it works; when they rejected it the first time "for clinical meaningfulness". Basically saying it does what it is supposed to do, but what benefit does it have for the patient. Hopefully the testimony and positive votes in favor during adcom will persuade them to approval. We will find out before years end...
