Is anyone saying that Synergy is rebranding themselves and that spirograph thing is their new logo? Is anyone saying THAT? LOL
The case is solved -- see post 309515 -- Either Abhijeet Chaturvedi paid $34 for a new logo because he wants to distance himself from the Synergy that signed the BIEL Deal, or KitoTech paid $34 for a fake logo to give their announcement the appearance of legitimacy. Either way, it's pretty funny.
I am not claiming that Synergy is strictly dead, by the way. I AM claiming that BIEL's "Synergy Deal" is dead. I AM ALSO claiming that the Synergy website is dead.
There is some form of Synergy staggering around in a zombie state. Abhijeet Chaturvedi is clearly representing himself as an entity called Synergy, and I believe he signed a distribution deal with KitoTech. Do I think this Synergy Corporation will ever buy any of KitoTech's bandaids? No I do not. IMO, KitoTech's announcement is fluff, released because they plan to raise more funding. I've seen this dozens of times in the world of zombie biotech. I'm surprised KitoTech is stooping this low because they've raised $14 million in the past few years -- they seem healthy enough. But, have you ever seen their products or heard of them before?
Notice that the KitoTech announcement doesn't give a website for Synergy.
Notice that this new Synergy logo only appears in one place on the entire web -- on KitoTech's LinkedIn page.
BTW, the color doesn't matter. Imagine you took the Coca Cola logo, made it BLUE, put a Spirograph border around it, and used that to sell your soda in supermarkets. You think that wouldn't be copyright infringement?
But the color is moot because the truth behind that logo is revealed in post 309515 -- the description says "easily adjustable colors."
