BIEL is not a scam. BIEL actually manufactures a device and they are trying to sell the device. They are inept, but it's not against the law to be inept.
KitoTech didn't lie -- they signed some kind of distribution deal. BIEL didn't lie -- they signed some kind of distribution deal. Their public statements are vague and abstract.
Synergy, on the other hand, looks like a scam, but nobody is going to do anything about that. There's no proof that they did anything illegal. If Kelly gave them money and they don't follow through, she could possibly sue them... they wouldn't appear in a US court though and she probably wouldn't sue them in Nepal.
