Retail doesn't short OTC because of the margin costs (as Clay points out)!

Brokerages can because they don't have to put up $2.50/share in margin!

This can't be simplified any further...

He can't afford to pay $1.20/share to short DBMM but the MM's can do it for free!
Go figure!

Sell shares you don't own and pay nothing to do it but somehow manage to make 60 plus Billion doing it with the SEC blessing! (CDEL)
Lets all attack DBMM for fighting back with pump and dump stories and bag holders instead of the elephant in the room...

He said rarely does short penny stock because of the cost of doing so. Nothing about naked shorting. Slightly different.
