No, cell therapy companies but even other new tech companies often take a long time to file their applications after announcing their results. Manufacturing is an important part of that application and is given a lot of importance in the application process. They want a consistently replicable drug.

The fact that this is fairly transparent seems to literally lead to people complaining they don’t know enough, and it’s “delayed”. It’s in process and moving along. Some companies announce their results and rush the applications only to be rejected because of manufacturing issues (usually inconsistency or unreliable product) and then taking a few years again before they reapply, based on the same trial data, to get approval.

They can uplist. It’s just a function of meeting the listing requirements without a R/S and satisfying the 90 day bid requirement.

And the only way around that is to form a Newco, exchange shares at a ratio of X number of NWBO shares for one share each of Newco, and use the capital raise to satisfy the price discovery requirement.

It’s really child’s play. But there’s just no way to have confidence that Linda and Les can accomplish even that. I mean really, they’re still relying on penny stock financiers…as of yesterday!!!
