I don't know what else they can say that hasn't already been said. Possibly, the exact DATE when they put in the paperwork to up list would be the only thing. That would let the shareholders know that DBMM ACTUALLY DID apply and just doesn't "intend" to - like their previous "update" intimated.

Anything else would be fluffy indeed.
