Huh? That would mean that there was a trade at $.0051, which was no the case at all since the stock closed at $.0086. The bid is $.0077, but how did you get 40% out of that?  There is a bid for 1,000,000 shares at $.0059 that's been there all week, so it will not get to $.0051 on 20,000 shares.
