Since the realtor email did not mention that the contract for the property was pending on financing or bonding, I am assuming that once all the State and Local incentives are agreed to the company will go to contract on the property.

Any ideas about what the timeline looks like going forward and what the next milestone would be?

and according to the company THREE WEEKS AGO that negotiation is nearly complete

Negotiations with State and town are almost complete, we were able to receive a 100% Sales and Use Tax Abatement for 10 years as we complete our process in working with a strong administration to get our project started.

So I am guessing the within the next 30 to 60 days the company will go to contract.
