8-K? Re: Medrecycler LLC no longer a subsidiary?

Can we expect an 8-K to inform shareholders about Medrecycler LLC no longer being a subsidiary of snpw? Maybe it will be tweeted since SEC approves tweets to inform shareholders of material changes relating to the company shareholders who have invested their hard earned money?

Since the realtor email did not mention that the contract for the property was pending on financing or bonding, I am assuming that once all the State and Local incentives are agreed to the company will go to contract on the property.
