Honestly, I'm confused. So what you are now saying is that 'XXXX' is COOP. Am I interpreting this correctly?

IDK...But a 10K from 2008 (Washington Mutual, Inc) has a lot of references to the "parent"

I don't trust anything Wikipedia, since history often get's re-written there, however....the above is what it says. Not sure there's any relevance at all., but it does imply WMI had a parent that created it.
