They also canceled the remaining 75 million share raise through White Lion that expired end of 2022.
Opening noon here but this appears to mean they don’t need to raise funds with the preferred shares allocated part year. However it could also mean the just canceled the raise since it was 12 months since the offering which was the lock up period of those shares. Not sure
