They have 180 days to keep the share price at .01 on the ask for 10 straight days.
I’m not exactly sure what day it went under .01 this last month but the clock(180 days) is already ticking to get it back above that level.
It’s going to take something positive(Santa Cruz approval) or similar to get it there.
If not delist to Pink status again……
