Just asking I don't know but couldn't they be working under the old IND filing for ITV-1, Clone 3 since it was theirs already under his filing as inventor and with the modification or change they did to the original formula before testing was completed it still has to go thru the testing to get approval but wouldn't the IND stay in place just with updated changes ? JMO GLTA
