At the next AGM weren't at least 2 of the old board members up for re election .
Denner would have launched a campaign to remove them .....and with his overwhelming triumph in the recent proxy battle ...likely have succeeded.

And looking at the 'spanking' Sarissa gave Amarin BOD the day before the Proxy vote (actually between the lines threatening to go after the the BOD members last 'self invented - completely unjustified handing out 'AGAIN' millions of shares and options) - You suddenly understand why they all are leaving 'tail between their legs'.

These people is an embarrassment to big majority of honest BOD members in business - doing their job - for the Company they represent.

Just out of principle - Sarissa and Denner should call old BOD members to Court one by one - to explain - the arguments for why they handed themselves millions of shares in Bonuses - in the period after the Nevada Ruling Marts 2020.
