Where do you come up with these crazy logic jumps? I did not say any of that.

Nothing prohibits them from applying to the US market and the ILAP program likely presents the best way to expedite their application in the US and worldwide. Don’t presume you know what’s best for them when the entire framework is rapidly changing for regulation and they are plugged in directly and discussing all of this likely daily with both top law firms and directly with regulators as needed. They know what they are doing.

ILAP opens the door to Project Orbis if they want to go that route. And having a US manufacturer to scale quickly for demand is totally reasonable and reassures regulators.
