ANd WMI DELAWARE KEPT WMI's OLD EIN appicable to the ORIGNAL WMI

NOW once there was an OWNERSHIP CHANGE on 3/`9/2012 WMI obtained its OWN EIN since it was NO LONGER ASSOCIATED with WMIH THE REORGANIZE SPIN OFF of WMI which later became COOP via the NSM purchase
