Did you read the proxy materials before voting?

Barely - pretty much just checked off all the "approve" boxes for Sarissa - but as I just wrote in a reply to Lizzy, I believe I just recalled that removing him was a voting question - clearly it was. After giving up on trying to keep up with the flurry of DEFA14A's that were coming out as this resorted to name calling and cat-fighting I quit reading pretty much everything.
