You have no idea what the yield is, only assumptions based on assumptions based on assumptions.

You've been crowing for months about how terrible the yields must be.

Since you say yield is primarily defect-driven, and we now know that to be a non-issue relative to AMD's 130nm bulk process, we're left with a range of options:

1. The other failure mechanisms are REALLY acting up, and the yields are terrible.

2. Your house-of-cards estimates of the yield are in error.
