I consider it a refutation of any statements you may have made to the contrary.

I don't think you'll find any statement from me saying SOI has a higher defect density than bulk SI. You will find statements saying it probably has lower yield and you will find statements saying that yield is primarily defect density driven and that defect density is mostly particulate in nature, but SOI has other failure mechanism that don't fit conveniently into a defect density driven yield model.

You can discount my statements all you want. That won't raise the yield.
