Surely if a deal is happening, the parties would have seen the EXCELLENCE results. Why would BP enter a deal without having some FACTS from a P3 trial?
Most of us believe Excellence (RETT) will be a resounding success, so IMO the best time for BP to act is just before the P3 results are published. NDA's were obviously signed. BP will see the results and pay up BIG TIME. Once results are known they will look like hero's and their partnership will shed a brand new light on Annex and thus increase followings...I hope everyone can handle a significant rise in share price....$70 looks and feels real to me...
Perhaps, a triumvirate is needed due to the large amount of money needed to strike the deal!!
