Just to be clear. The order was made and ordered the proceeding dismissed.

IT NEVER TOOK EFFECT because the order WAS NEVER FINALIZED.

This proceeding HAS NOT been dismissed.

The “order” (doesn’t matter if it’s the “standing order” - that means ZERO) never took effect.
