TTE; I'll go along with that, there's probably some level headed thinkers amongst the current Board that are relieved that PWO is gone. Now the question is; what to do with Karim?

I'm sure most of us have attended meetings where a particular someone is so preposterously arrogant that they attempt to control the meeting?

I envisioned PWO as the type of person who probably did such at every Board meeting. He would listen to your assessment but would basically ignore whatever points didn't match with his already "biased" position. And Karim sat mildly by letting him control the meeting and the outcome. Okay folks...time for the vote....what say you?

Hence KM is just as much to blame as anyone, more so because of his position in the company. Doesn't really matter now, but the Buck stops with the CEO.

As you said, it could be a 7 vs 7 start.

But the new ones are coming in with a certain mindset.

Probably no one attempted to alter the thinking of the existing 7 up until now.

And maybe they were just playing the yes game.

In any event this is a time game as has been mentioned. The runway is only so long for lift off.

Things have to be on an accelerated basis. Not a two minute drill but maybe 5 minute drill.

Otherwise there would be no point to it all if the clock goes to zero.
