WMI which will remain a non-publicly traded company but will issue private placement securities to those investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012.

The list just keeps growing! It's an amazing bankruptcy! Once in a lifetime bankruptcy, that leaves deleted, deemed worthless, escrows, filthy rich, from multiple types of payouts, with multiple buckets, that just keep spitting out hundreds of billions!
