Another week gone by. What is the delay?

One reason why MIKP's news yesterday was so important, IMHO, is that it confirmed my (vigorously disputed) contention that MIKP and SAKL have parted ways. It seemed clear to me from the December Form 10 that this was what had happened. But good to get confirmation.

This PR also clarifies that MIKP sees its future in getting SEC registered and getting back to OTC pink current, and that work is progressing on the audit and on the development of Vampirella, Wish, etc.

Seriously, what would be the point of all of this if Mark wasn't really working on filing Form 10 (with audited financials)?
