CEO takes orders from COB.We get Denner in as cob and he can sell Amrn .he will go after ALKS thats the nut he cant crack for years and amrn seccess will make way for ALKS proxy and control for Denner.
Odd that massive selling by insiders as the Sarissa vote outcome became obvious. The management team looks more shady by the day. Self enrichment focused management is not how listed companies with shareholders should work.
